Here are some of our Top Tips to make sure you have a fab session!

  • We will provide a wetsuit, bouyancy aid, and helmet but you are welcome to wear your own full length, thick wetsuit.

  • Please bring shorts to wear over your wetsuit. It helps protect it.

  • Come with your swimsuit under your clothes and then we can just give you a wetsuit to put on over it. Don't forget zip at the back!

  • You need to bring trainers with good grip that you are happy to swim in (not wetsuit boots)

  • Remember a towel

  • Bring any medication/asthma inhaler (please give this to your instructor)

  • Bring some warm clothes and dry shoes to wear when you get out (remember your undies!)
