Here are some of our Top Tips to make sure you have a fab session!
We will provide a wetsuit, bouyancy aid, and helmet but you are welcome to wear your own full length, thick wetsuit.
Please bring shorts to wear over your wetsuit. It helps protect it.
Come with your swimsuit under your clothes and then we can just give you a wetsuit to put on over it. Don't forget zip at the back!
You need to bring trainers with good grip that you are happy to swim in (not wetsuit boots)
Remember a towel
Bring any medication/asthma inhaler (please give this to your instructor)
Bring some warm clothes and dry shoes to wear when you get out (remember your undies!)
