What will you get up to?

Children age 6 and 7 can be booked in to this session, as long as they are confident swimmers in the sea and accompanied by a booked adult. Our coasteering sessions are legendary... and not just for the home made brownie and hot chocolate you will enjoy when you get out! Join us on an amazing coastal journey, over, under and in the sea! We’ll scramble over rocks, swim across zawns and experience Baggys iconic jumps. No two trips are ever the same!! Kids and adults alike will remember their coasteering adventures with us for years to come. Small group sizes, friendly, experienced and supportive instructors, laughter, thrills, spills and challenges to suit everyone. Guaranteed smiley faces at the end and a warming hot chocolate and homemade brownie to celebrate! We are members of the National Coasteering Charter which promotes safe coasteering. TIPS TO MAKE SURE YOU ENJOY YOUR SESSION! ∎ Must be a competent swimmer and happy to swim in the sea. ∎ We will provide a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and helmet. ∎ You are welcome to wear your own full length, thick wetsuit. ∎ You need to bring trainers with good grip that you are happy to swim in (not wetsuit boots or beach shoes) ∎ Shorts to wear over your wetsuit to protect it, undies, a towel, ∎ Any medication/asthma inhaler (give this to your instructor to take on the session). ∎ Come with your swimsuit under your clothes and then we can just give you a wetsuit to put on over it (please let us know your size/height in advance on booking form). ∎ Bring some warm clothes and dry shoes to wear when you get out (remember your undies!) ∎ Lastly and most importantly, come ready for a challenge with a smile on your face 😉
